Hi, we're Mitch and Tiffany Reed, and Cherokee Parking is our solution to a problem we know many of our neighbors face: finding a safe, convenient place to store your recreational vehicles, boats, and trailers.
Like many families in East Texas, we love our outdoor adventures. We own a Class A motorhome, boat trailers, utility trailer, and other recreational "toys" that we cherish – but storing them became a real challenge when we lost our parking solution in Kilgore. Living on the north side of Lake Cherokee, we needed something local to our home that would serve not just us, but our friends and neighbors who faced the same storage dilemma.
Rather than settle for distant or inadequate options, we decided to create the solution ourselves. We found a fantastic spot with excellent frontage on Highway 149 and knew it was perfect. Thanks to the incredible work of several local contractors who truly went above and beyond, we were able to purchase the property, clear it, and get Cherokee Parking up and running in just 4 months.
We understand the frustration of not having a secure place for your RV, boat, or trailers because we've been there. We know these aren't just vehicles – they represent freedom, family adventures, weekend getaways, and the lifestyle we love here around North East Texas.
As your neighbors, we're committed to providing the kind of storage facility we wanted for ourselves: secure, convenient, fairly priced, and run by people who actually care about your property.
Cherokee Parking isn't just a business to us – it's our way of serving our community. We know what it's like to need reliable storage for seasonal equipment, to worry about security during vacation season, and to want a storage solution that's actually convenient to where we live.
Our location on Highway 149 provides easy access for our neighbors while maintaining the security and peace of mind everyone deserves.
When you store with Cherokee Parking, you're not just another account number – you're our neighbor. We treat your RV, boat, trailer, or equipment with the same care we'd want for our own because we know how much these investments mean to you and your family's adventures.
We're proud to offer our community a local solution, built by locals, for locals.
We'd love to meet you and show you around our facility. Stop by, give us a call, or drop us a message. As local residents, we're always happy to help our neighbors find the perfect storage solution for their recreational vehicles and equipment.
